Over the years the style of Wedding Photography has taken on many forms. Not only do you have to be a technically compitent and qualified photographer, your people skills have to be of the highest standard. A wedding photographer can make or break a brides wedding day. There is no other profession where these skills are tested to this extreme. I am very fortunate to have been commissioned to cover weddings throughout the United Kingdom and as far as Australia.

A Royal Wedding commission in the State of Qatar has got to be the highlight of my wedding photography career.

The wedding covered a total period of approx 2 weeks with film being sent back to the U.K for processing. The wedding cake was magnificent and stood aprox 6 feet tall. The wedding thrones were designed and built as oyster clams and filled with thousands of white Lillies and Orchids. The wedding cars were Rolls Royce Cam Argue Coupe's covered in the same colour Lillies. As you would expect from a commission of this nature, it was a condition that none of the images would be made public and all negatives were handed to the customer. The Bride was stunning and the people were wonderful. A truly marvelous and colourful commision can only happen once in one's career lifetime... or can it.

As a qualified member of "The British Institute of Professional Photographers," I pride myself in the fact that I take great care and pay perticular attention to detail in capturing those special moments whilst always on the lookout for something different. Unlike a lot of photographers, on your wedding day I am constantly aware of the needs of your family and guests. I understand that they too will want to take their own photographs. To this end, I encourage them to join in, assisting them at times by offering advice to them about the little things that will help them to capture the fun of the days events from perhaps a different angle.

I offer a variety of packages to choose from, starting at £600 and can also design a package to suit your budget. The number of photographs taken on the day is dependent on the style and format of your wedding, the availability and co-operation of all guests, the weather and the requests outlined at the time of your booking.

Because of the many different ways to cover, record and display your wedding photographs, I am happy to recommend and even design something special for your wedding. You may like the idea of conventional albums, more modern style books with additional smaller copies for the parents or even enlargements of specially chosen images for display around your new home.

The imporatant thing is to find your photographer and arrange a meeting to view finished work. Check there qualifications and experience, and very importantly , make sure they hold full Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance as this helps to show that they are a serious Professional Wedding Photographer.
